It supports organizations in implementing the requirements of the NIS2 Directive and ISO 27001, conducts compliance and technical infrastructure audits, and delivers modern cybersecurity training programs. It also actively participates in public discussions on national and local cyber resilience.
Current initiatives include patronage of the OSINT Shadows 2026 conference, participation in debates on technological sovereignty and public procurement in the age of AI, as well as organizing meetings focused on cooperation between businesses, local governments, and public administration to strengthen Poland’s cyber defense capabilities.
Tomasz Gładkowski’s role within the Chamber
As the Cybersecurity Proxy of the Management Board, Tomasz Gładkowski will be involved in KIGC initiatives focused on building digital maturity, supporting regulatory compliance, and strengthening cooperation between businesses, experts, and public administration. The role aligns closely with his extensive experience in IT security and operational risk management.
